Our service
range starts with an automation
or test audit, in which a consultant takes a day or two
to investigate processes, resources and requirements for automation.
This is an option for those companies that feel it would be useful
to confirm their requirements for automation, but it is by no means
compulsory.
We also
provide on-site training
for any products, in the event that you prefer to run them onsite.
If you prefer
to try before you buy, we can provide
one-off automation processes
with run-time and onsite licensing to fulfil a specific requirement
onsite, typically a one or two
week project.
Our
support services are
onsite or offsite under Service
Level Agreements. We can and do offer detailed support
via web conferencing on a regular basis.
Finally and
crucially we also offer off-site
solutions for external testing, with regular repetitive
tasks run from our data laboratory

AutoTester
allows you to automate almost any application
running on a windows PC. This provides you with the ability to automate
complex and lengthy tasks across your SAP system (as well as other
applications), such as data
manipulation, task automation and testing

SAP Data Manipulation - With
AutoTester you can automate time consuming and repetitive business
processes as well as fine tune your existing processes for example
extracting data from SAP and comparing it to data extracted from another
application.
This type of "task automation" is often ignored as the
time taken to check through vast amounts of data and transactions does
not always justify the labour costs.

to automate these processes you can quickly and
easily check through hundreds and thousands of records and verify their
validity and save your company time and money |
SAP Testing
– AutoTester ONE Special Edition for SAP is an enhanced version of
AutoTester ONE that is specially designed to provide SAP-specific
testing capabilities, using access to SAP's underlying structures
provided by SAP as well as SAP's own presentation layer. Because
AutoTester ONE resides on the workstation, it is the only test tool that
can provide true end-to-end testing of all SAP applications from the
user perspective.
Colgate
are using AutoTester to check an external system for
delivery dates. Using AutoTester, the operators check these delivery
dates against the SAP system and update the SAP date if it is less than
the existing delivery date. This happens across their entire spectrum of
production orders and these updates save the users hours of work every
day.
The UK Hydrographics Office
are using AutoTester for automated
testing of the SAP R/3 system, but are also using the product to
automate some other time consuming tasks. The Basis team use AutoTester
to parse all of their SAP reports on the system, looking for anything
that is other than fine. Any exceptions are automatically emailed to the
team. This saves hours every day. Another area of the business uses
AutoTester against a live system to pull out all production orders that
are falling behind. Instead of extensive ABAP work, they simply use
AutoTester to look at every single order, open it and parse the contents
and compare the delivery dates to today. Any major issues are
automatically highlighted. This investigation took so long that it
simply could not be done. Now, with AutoTester, it can be done every
day.
