With Complementary Solutions’ long history of working with
large merchants, we have constructed a library of
connections, some of which are illustrated here.

ERP :
We have tried and tested links with SAP R/3 and
also provide assistance with integrations to
other ERP systems including Sun Systems,
Peoplesoft/Oracle, Baan, JD Edwards, Great
Plains and Navision
SAP:
The CSLink SAP interface is tried and tested.
This integration has a proven track record with
large organisations who sell online, through
their call centres and sales operations, via
customer services and or service centres. All
payments are managed within SAP R/3, organised
correctly and processed to the payment supplier
of choice. Using CSLink provides the operators
with a fast, simple system that only uses SAP
screens to process cards. Detailed understanding
of the complex SAP financial processes allows us
to get this system up and running quickly,
easily and within your SAP system requirements
no matter what your setup is.

Web :
Any web integration to payments can be
outsourced to our developers, or we can provide
links including asp libraries, java connectors,
XML interfaces or straight-forward bespoke
cartridges. Application interfaces on the system
include File transfer, XML, HTML Push and Get.
Other interfaces have been used and we can
accommodate almost anything. Please contact to

Call Centres :
CSLink also have some applications on the
front-end for those users that do not wish to
interface to their own systems. These standalone
systems are simple to use and very quick to
install. Applications exist for call centres and
merchants who wish to take remote payments using
mobile phones. A full functional call centre
application is available out of the box, For
those call centres which run on other
applications, we have support for most via VB
Dll’s, Lotus links, Clarify, Remedy, Aspect and
Siebel modules.
Point of Sale
Point of Sale systems are hugely diverse. From a
one man operator using a PC as the till to a
full sized retail establishment, Complementary
Solutions works with partners who provide the
hardware and integrates the solutions together
with your applications already in-house.
Other Payment Systems
No matter what payment system you use, we can
integrate to it. From one transaction per day to
10 million, our systems can manage it, across
borders, countries, the entire world. The CSLink
approach is unique as you can process to local
countries from centralized systems. Many of our
customers run central server farms but process
locally in each country in which they operate.
Transaction Types : The applications support
various transaction types, including recurring
transactions and subscription payments. Micro
Payments and other more specific transaction
types are supported via bespoke modules.
